With a range of the latest in Citizen Sliding Head CNC technology we are able to manufacture precision turned parts and components from 0.25mm to 32mm diameter….24 hours a day, 7 days a week from 1 to 1 million.
We manufacture to tolerances as low as 4 microns. Working to these tolerances is measured, maintained and achieved under our strict quality controls and procedures.

Using a wide range of inspection room only measuring devices from pin gauges to CNC 3d video measuring machines, we measure and monitor parts to a high level of accuracy.
In order to provide a reliable and efficient sub contract service, we maintain an effective Quality Management System which meets and is certified to the requirements of ISO9001:2015.
